Abstract

A ideia de um Direito Internacional do Património Cultural é recente, mas atualmente, o Direito Internacional desempenha um papel muito importante na tutela do património cultural. Este artigo apresenta os principais atores internacionais e os instrumentos jurídicos em vigor seguidos pelas novas perspetivas a respeito da tutela internacional do património cultural.
