Abstract

O avanço tecnológico vem permitindo a melhoria de técnicas de mapeamento e cruzamento de informações socioambientais. Se tais informações forem produzidas com qualidade e boa periodicidade, possibilitar-se-á ao poder público eleger populações e locais prioritários de ação. Este estudo trata de demonstrar a importância do uso das melhores técnicas disponíveis para cumprir com os objetivos do desenvolvimento sustentável.
