Abstract

A presente crónica de atualização do direito do urbanismo português, relativa aos anos de 2012 a 2017, aborda, em estreita síntese, as transformações operadas na legislação (com referência à nova Lei de Bases Gerais da Política Pública de Solos, de Ordenamento do Território e de Urbanismo, ao novo Regime Jurídico dos Instrumentos de Gestão Territorial e ao novo Regime Jurídico da Urbanização e Edificação), a programação e a planificação territorial, a jurisprudência e a doutrina.
