Abstract

Necessidade de todas as atividades e políticas setoriais levarem em consideração o ambiente, mediante a técnica da ponderação. No campo da energia hidroelétrica devem ser analisadas todas as alternativas possíveis em procedimento em que haja as devidas informação, participação cidadã e fundamentação das decisões.
