Abstract

Como sugere o nosso título, o mbito da nossa análise jurisprudencial, insere o nosso trabalho dentro da dogmática da reposição da legalidade urbanística, mais concretamente no que à s medidas de reposição da legalidade urbanística diz respeito. Este expediente, com um regime jurídico específico no quadro legal do Regime Jurídico da Urbanização e Edificação (artigos 102.º a 115.º), diz respeito, por sua vez, à tarefa da gestão urbanística.
