Abstract

Como sugere o nosso título, o âmbito da nossa análise jurisprudencial, insere o nosso trabalho dentro da dogmática da reposição da legalidade urbanística, mais concretamente no que às medidas de reposição da legalidade urbanística diz respeito. Este expediente, com um regime jurídico específico no quadro legal do Regime Jurídico da Urbanização e Edificação (artigos 102.º a 115.º), diz respeito, por sua vez, à tarefa da gestão urbanística.
