Abstract

No presente estudo procuramos analisar o Acórdão n.º 37/2018, do Tribunal dos Conflitos, que resolve um conflito negativo de jurisdição, originado pela alteração operada ao art. 4.º do Estatuto dos Tribunais Administrativos e Fiscais 2 pelo Decreto-lei n.º 214-G/2015, de 2 de outubro.
