Abstract

Sumudu Anopama Atapattu é diretora do Centro de Investigação e professora universitária na Faculdade de Direito da Universidade do Winsconsin. Tendo dedicado a sua carreira ao Direito Internacional, em 2000 a sua investigação centra-se no Direito Ambiental e nos Direitos Humanos. Neste âmbito foi, ao longo dos anos, professora e palestrante convidada em várias universidades internacionais e autora de várias obras relacionadas com o tema, entre elas “International Environmental Law and the Global South”.
