The Public Prosecutor brought a Special Administrative Action before the Administrative and Tax Court of Almada against the Municipality of Setúbal and the Interested Party “A..., Lda.”, seeking a declaration of nullity of the Orders dated 10 October 2003 and 15 December 2004, issued in Building Permit Proceedings No. 679/02, concerning the licensing of the construction of a new development, namely a single-family dwelling, caretaker’s house, and swimming pool, at the foot of the Serra da Arrábida, within the boundaries of the Arrábida Natural Park.
