Abstract

The judges of the 1st Section of the Supreme Administrative Court, sitting in conference, hereby rule:

A…, B…, C… and D…, all duly identified in the case file, bring a contentious appeal against Order no. 23.992/2000 of 31 October 2000, issued by the Secretary of State for Spatial Planning and Nature Conservation, which declared the public utility of parcel no. 2 for the construction of the interconnection tunnel of the Odelouca–Funcho System.
