The film brings to mind the unforgettable scenes of Charlie Chaplin’s movies. Fresh in our memory is the image of the actor who, faced with a "no entry" sign, calmly removes the annoying prohibition symbol and enters undisturbed into the area forbidden to intruders. In the text, we find a jetty and a boat. A jetty that could not be built under the laws in force. A boat that could not sail on the waters of a reservoir, also according to the applicable legal rules.
