Abstract

O trabalho em apreço corresponde a um estudo integrado no âmbito do Programa de Investigação sobre o tema “Aspectos jurídicos da liberalização económica e introdução da concorrência”, dirigido pelo Prof. Dr. Tomás Ramón Fernández Rodriguez e centra-se numa problemática muito actual: a articulação de competências entre Governo, entidades administrativas independentes, comunidades autónomas e municípios em matéria de planificação urbanística e implantação de infraestruturas de telecomunicações.
