This article aims to analyze the interrelation between body, media and sex in the 21st century. Drawing a brief panorama on the link between communicative technologies and sex practices, we will look at how the use of different media conformed some certain ways to relate with the naked body and sex. If the pornography consumed by mass communication media (magazine, movies, VHS etc) constituted that which Preciado (2010) entitled “pornotopy”, I will conclude from the analisis of three paradigmatic cases I chose that digital devices (webcam, smartphone, gadgets etc.) have been constituting some type of
“sexual atopy”, prompting the urge of new ways of feeling by disconnecting sexuality from its spatial, temporal and even body imperatives.
