Abstract

In different professional fields involving high costs, security and responsibility, there has been an increasing interest for understanding errors in performance, aiming to reduce its consequences. This concern should not surpass the error’s potential as a source of knowledge and of practical renewal. Considering that in pedagogy there hasn’t been given enough attention to this subject, we advance some ideas as a starting point for this intention.
