Mediação de Conflitos “ o estudo de um caso de assembleias de turma, pela investigação-acção

Abstract

The goal of this paper is to contribute to a reflection about conflict mediation in a school context. For that purpose, we present a case study about an educative device named class assemblies, evolved as an action research. The concepts of post modernity, of collaborative cultures, of citizenship education and of conflict mediation are treated in their interdependencies, in the light of a complexity perspective. To the deepening of practices we’ll present transcripts of teacher´ diaries and videos. This enables us to interpret the class assemblies dynamics in what concerns mediation and citizenship education and to problematize questions about the collaborative action research. This diversity of axes of interpretation is related to a post modern perspective of action research, according to what we proceed by the deconstruction of the same corpus of data, with a multiplicity of referentials and of dimensions.
