Abstract

Este artigo analisa a importância da Lei de Bases da Habitação (Lei n.º 83/2019, de 3 de setembro de 2019) e a sua relação com as políticas de ordenamento do território para assegurar em Portugal, o direito à habitação e ao habitat, delineando o futuro da habitação em Portugal através de uma análise das disposições da nova lei da habitação relacionadas com o ordenamento do território.
