“Massagem” mediática: desafio à teoria da educação

This paper presents an analysis of the mass media’s culture and its challenges to education. In particular, we search to present a critic of the modes of the television-advertising complex in order to look for a signifi cant margin of contradiction regarding the educative dynamics, defi ned in a critical sense. For the time being, although we can recognize valuable contributions from television and advertising, we found that they present some deviance regarding the educational referents presented.Downloads
