Games e educação – a construção de novos significados

This article brings reasoning on the rising of games as an investigative phenomenon, mainly in the education field, in which experiences have just started emerging for building a different meaning to electronic games that points out the possibility of having them as partners in both the learning and teaching processes. In this text, significant experiences, held in both Brazil and the US, consisting of using games in the learning-teaching process of schools and companies, are mentioned. Thus, it is aimed at leaving a gap for new contributions on electronic games, an upcoming contemporaneous society’s cultural phenomenon.Downloads
