The essay aims to bring about reflections upon what we can learn from Reggio Emilia's approach to Early Childhood Education and how it may corroborate to inspire actions that boost the implementation of children's right to learn and develop. This learning and development should occur as a result of their communications and concrete experiences which consider their multiple languages, in daycare centers and preschools. The essay results from studies which were the theoretical background of a doctoral research that aimed to studying the Pedagogy, in contexts of Early Childhood Education. The Participative Pedagogy developed in Reggio Emilia has emerged as Pedagogy of Relationship and Listening. This approach is affirmative of a system of reciprocal relations and communication that invited the world to look with "child's eyes" at the more than "one hundred children’s languages" and their rights.
