In the wake of the work on the Livro Preto (Black Book), we dedicate a new paper to another cartulary of the Cathedral of Coimbra, a smaller and largely unknown codex kept at the National Library of Portugal. It is a manuscript drafted in the second half of the 13th century, most certainly commissioned by the bishop D. Egas Fafes (1247-1267), which reports several events taking place during his episcopacy, and which is one of the few remaining witnesses of the scriptorium of the Cathedral of Coimbra at the time.
