Leisure, Pedagogy, and Propaganda: Anarchist Tours in La Revista Blanca during the Spanish Second Republic

This study analyzes the educational, social, and ideological role of excursions linked to anarchism. It focuses on how they were presented in La Revista Blanca during the Spanish Second Republic. The methodology employed is qualitative and based on documentary analysis. The full corpus includes 11 articles and 121 reviews. The final corpus includes 30 reviews and 6 articles. The analysis shows that anarchist excursions were activities that combined leisure and learning. They also created spaces for people to interact. In conclusion, these activities combined leisure with the goal of promoting and maintaining libertarian ideology among people of different ages, genders, and countries.
