Abstract

The author explains the relationship between teaching, learning and educating. He also develops the legitimacy of the educational dimension of man, with the consequent need for any man to be educated to be an educator. To illustrate the components of being educate and the dynamism of education, the author uses six classical myths, arranged in three pairs of complementarity.
