Desenvolvimento de competências relacionais de ajuda: Estudo com estudantes de enfermagem

This study aims to characterize the relational abilities of a group of students finalists in the Bachelor of Nursing, as well as to identify its relation with some variables such as socio-demography, self-concept and reflexive practitioner. A transversal exploratory study of the correlation type was carried out and the data obtained treated appealing to quantitative methods of analysis. We evidenced that the dimension where, in global terms, the students had achieved better results was the one of generic abilities and that the interviews carried out during clinical education “ reflecting on Aid Relation - influenced the development of relational abilities of aid. From the results, we also detach the confirmation from the hypothesis that relational abilities of aid are related with to self-concept. These results point out the need of taking in account some of the above mentioned variables, that must intentionally intervene in the nurses formation process, aiming to promote and develop those abilities, crucial to a good performance of the nurses and consequently allowing more efficient and humanized cares.Downloads
