Resumen

En este artículo nos proponemos analizar la obra Nadja (1928), de André Breton, bajo el aspecto de la relación entre literatura y fotografía que gravita en torno al uso de fotografías en su composición. Compuesto a partir de la asociación entre texto e imágenes fotográficas, esta obra nos ofrece innumerables posibilidades de análisis, entre las que pretendemos verificar aquí la constitución fotoliteraria del tema de la muerte. Así, buscaremos demostrar cómo las relaciones entre texto e imagen actúan para construir el tema de la muerte. Demostraremos cómo actúan las relaciones entre texto e imagen en la construcción del tema de la muerte en esta obra. Para ello, contamos con el aporte teórico de los Estudios Fotoliterarios (Montier, 2008; 2015; Grojnowski, 2002) y en particular con las exploraciones críticas de la obra centradas en esta temática, así como con teóricos que se han dedicado a reflexionar sobre las relaciones entre literatura, fotografía, espacio vacío, ausencia y muerte.
