Educação e formação de adultos e bem-estar: Estudo longitudinal

The main purpose of the present paper is to present a longitudinal study carried out with adults who attended an EFA “ B3 course. The research main goal was to evaluate changes during the training period on adults´ life satisfaction and personal well-being. Despite the limitations in number of adult participants and period of training (10 months), results suggest significant positive changes have occurred on the Positive Affect Scale and in the Satisfaction with Life Scale. These results point out towards the importance that EFA “ B3 courses might have in adult lives, namely in those with low levels of schooling.Downloads
