A realidade psicossocial dos sem-abrigo: breve contributo para a sua caracterização

Abstract

This article intends to contribute for a better knowledge and a deeper understanding of the psicossocial reality of the homeless. Accordingly, international and national approaches and definitions are identified and some of the factors that enhance the emergence and maintenance of homelessness are analysed. At last, the need to study this thematic is reiterated, in particular through the contribution of several disciplinary fields.
