Family Gets Involved in the Kindergarten

This study discusses the participants' perceptions - children and families - in an action research project, developed in 2018, in the context of an internship, carried out within the scope of the master's degree in Pre-School Education, and focuses on the relevance of the involvement of families for the education of children in second childhood (three to six years). It aimed to promote greater articulation between the kindergarten and the family, implementing strategies that would contribute to a greater involvement of family members in the kindergarten. Qualitative research, using an interview, having submitted the data to content analysis. There is a greater involvement of families, obstacles are identified, as well as the degree of children's satisfaction.
