The purpose of this paper work is to analyze the violation of procedural guarantees of the democratic State of law practiced by the media, with emphasis on Case Base School, held in state of São Paulo. Presents some principles and procedural guarantees and rights that make up the personality law ensured by the Democratic State of Law inherent in the theme. Analyzes the application of the procedural principles and rights provided by the Dignity of the Human Person in the case Base School. Portrays the media influence in judicial and administrative decisions, specifically in the Brazilian penal procedural legal system and police action. The basic for the study was the doctrine that discuss the topic, in addition to reports in the season.
