The strategic internal communication as an reinforcement of the valorization of people and their levels of engagement in organizations

This article assumes a reflective attitude about the importance of internal communication which should be assumed in the organizations through a strategic vision. In order to reinforce their bidirectional internal relations, in na effective management of relations, engagement and mutual interests, focused on the valorization of their people and their behaviors which allow the establishment of long term relations between them nd the organizations which they represent, contribuiting for a greater humanization of organizations.
